Promoters can also add any classes outside of SEOPS to their entertainment line-up. Class running order will be determined before the event in an order that will best keep fans, competitors and the organization moving at a desired pace to ensure the event runs a smooth as possible.
What SEOPS Board of Directors provides for you:
Digital flier for advertisement (printed flyers available at an additional cost).
Advertisement of the event on social media platforms and websites.
Entry Clerk(s), or assist with entry clerk duties and check writing.
Safety & Rule Inspector/Tech for SEOPS classes only.
Entry equipment and registration forms.
Collect driver registration fees and forms on behalf of The Promoter, or assist in the matter.
Provide class line-up and work closely with pullers, announcer and promoter to keep the show moving.
Safety Tech and their equipment.
A copy of the Series’ Event Liability Insurance Policy Form for said event.
Copies of class, safety and general rules for SEOPS classes.

Safety inspector for SEOPS classes
Additional Costs to the Promoter:
Promoter contacts whoever they want for these services:
Event Sled & Scales - Can use any certified Class 8 sled of the Promoter’s choice.
Event Announcer - Can use any announcer of the Promoter’s choice (Please note : SEOPS has an announcer who can be available for $150 an event. Please advise if needed at the time of signing this contract so the announcer can check their schedule for availability.)
Additional Equipment to prepare and maintain the track before and during the entire event. (Please note : SEOPS suggests the Promoter contract with Kutscherenko’s Track Services for this service.)
Additional individuals for the event:
Scale Operator & Hitch Measurer (measuring device for hitch provided by SEOPS)
Hooking Individual(s)
Unhooking Individual(s)
Additional costs from the sled or track equipment due to time extensions and/or other circumstances out of SEOPS’ control.
Promoters can choose, with the advice of the SEOPS Board of Directors, a minimum of four (4) SEOPS classes for their event. Promoters can also add any classes outside of SEOPS to their entertainment line-up. Class running order will be determined before the event (always subject to change). SEOPS classes will be the first classes in the running order, followed by any additional non-sanction classes the Promoter wishes to add OR what is deemed most beneficial to a successful event. Additional fee for non-points classes: two (2) additional classes are free of charge. Three plus (3+) classes added to the event are $100 per class.
